Here are (or will be) random stories for your perusal. Some fiction, some non-fiction, but each with something that caught my interest. If you have something that you would like to share, please specify either in your post/email whether it is fiction or non-fiction, and give the appropriate permission to use (or if it is private–be very clear that it is for my eyes only and not for sharing).
This is about me, and you, and the people we’ve met, the stories we’ve heard–dreamed, thought of and drafted. There is something that draws us to a story, engages our attention, stirs our emotions and drives our passion.
There is a main separation between stories. Fiction and non-fiction. Both are, or can be, enjoyable. Fiction is sharpened by the points of real life. Non-fiction is enhanced by the storyteller’s ability to use their senses: sight, sound, touch, smell, taste.
The objective of this space is to share stories that encourage thought, inspire action, shape plans, and release creativity.
There will be adjustments to this plan based on the amount of time I can devote to learning and developing this site. That said, hopefully I be able to set up an area devoted solely to story-telling.
